This burgundy, white, & tan color combo is one I find myself reaching for again and again once fall hits, which it certainly has here in the UK – the crazy winds even woke me up last night! Anyway, there’s just something about these neutrals that when paired together, elevate any outfit.
Plus, it’s a great way to get continued use out of those white jeans you wore all summer. I don’t know about you, but I love the clean look of white in fall + winter, especially when paired with other neutrals. Burgundy is definitely another color I rely on all the time in fall since it adds a richness that I always feel like is needed this time of year.
On another note, London Fashion Week officially kicks off on Friday and it’s always been my dream to go to fashion week either in New York or London, so I’m doing some last minute planning to see if I can make it work on Monday, barring things like job interviews and, you know, the actual important things I should be doing. But since I’m not super busy yet here, it seems like it may be the perfect opportunity. Plus, I haven’t made it to London at all since moving here and it’s basically one of my favorite places, so I need an excuse to finally get down there!
As with my theme since moving here, most of these items are now staples in my wardrobe and ones I’ve styled numerous times here on the blog. See this sweater layered for a cozy winter look here, these jeans styled with grey here and white with a pop of pink here, and these booties with a fun layered skirt look here and more casual blue jeans look here.
