Happy Monday, friends! How was your weekend? We got our U-Pod all packed up and sent it on it’s way to California! Now, we just have a few last minute items to accomplish before we hit the road in the morning – Next stop, Kansas City!
Last week, I decided to order a summer Stitch Fix box for a little outfit inspiration since it had been a few months since I’d ordered one.
For those of you who don’t know, Stitch Fix is an online shopping service where you fill out a style profile, pay $20, and then a stylist chooses clothing items based on your preferences and requests and ships them to you on the requested date. If you choose to keep something, you receive the $20 styling fee back in terms of $20 off the item purchased. If you happen to purchase all 5 items, you also receive 25% off your total purchase!
Here are the items my stylist chose for me:
Eden Society Havana Flutter Trip Top – This top was much cuter than I expected! I loved the fit but orange is such a hard color to pull off and I just didn’t know if I’d actually wear it.
Fun2Fun Dara Convertible Off Shoulder Top – This top was absolutely gorgeous and I love the bell sleeves in addition to the print and off the shoulder style.
Collective Concepts Elanora Jumpsuit – I’ve been wanting a black jumpsuit for awhile so I specifically requested one. This one was just a little overwhelming on my short frame.
Bishop + Young Flink Kimono – I came so close to keeping this item, it’s just so cute! Again, the colors weren’t ones I typically wear but if they were, I’d totally have kept it.
Report Footwear Kayleigh Strappy Heel – I loved the style of these shoes but they seemed pretty cheaply made so they went back.
All in all, it’s always so fun to get a Stitch Fix box in the mail – so much so that I ordered a second one for July!
