Happy Monday, friends!
How was your weekend? Winter has returned in full force again here, so I pretty much hunkered down all weekend and/or ran errands.
I got a lot of blog and school work done, but I discovered that we had access to the entire series of Sex and the City via our HBO Go account, so that has pretty much been consuming my life. I’ve never watched it before (I know!) and it’s crazy to think the series is almost 20 years old, but let’s just say, I’m officially obsessed.
I also spent a lot of time in the kitchen, making some vegan desserts (coming up next week!) and trying to ease the chocolate cravings with this chocolate greens smoothie bowl. I’ve also been trying to eliminate as much dairy as possible from my diet, but sometimes, a little Greek yogurt is called for.
I made another huge batch of this granola last weekend and have been pretty much living on it, so of course, had to add it to the smoothie bowl as well along with a little banana and shredded coconut. It definitely hit the spot!
Chocolate Greens Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 smoothie bowl
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon Aloha chocolate greens powder
1 banana, sliced
