I’d been really wanting to up my cozy sweater game for fall and had a little Stitch Fix credit, so I decided to order a fall fix!
For those of you who don’t know, Stitch Fix is an online shopping service where you fill out a style profile, pay $20, and then a stylist chooses clothing items based on your preferences and requests and ships them to you on the requested date. If you choose to keep something, you receive the $20 styling fee back in terms of $20 off the item purchased. If you happen to purchase all 5 items, you also receive 25% off your total purchase!
I asked my stylist mainly for cozy sweaters, a pair of coated skinny jeans, and a faux leather or suede jacket and he was on point with what I asked for.
RetroD Galway Mock Neck Pullover ($74 retail). This sweater is certainly cozy but I wasn’t loving the stark white color.
RD Style Woods Cowl Neck Pullover ($78 retail). Another great cozy sweater but the color really wasn’t what I was looking for.
RD Style Giana Open Drape Cardigan ($68 retail). I had asked for a grey cardigan and this one was definitely close to what I was hoping for, but it was a bit long and I wasn’t sure about the two-tone color.
Gentle Fawn Nittel Faux Suede Jacket ($98 retail). I was so close to keeping this! It’s totally gorgeous and buttery soft, but ultimately, I decided I wanted a more structured jacket than the waterfall front of this one.
Pistola Isobel Coated Skinny Jean ($98 retail). These pants were exactly what I was looking for but ran small. For the price, I decided I’d check out other options instead of exchanging them.
Overall, there were some fit issues and nothing that I was absolutely in love with, so I decided to send everything back. With a little tweaking, I could have kept everything! Also, Stitch Fix lets you exchange items for another size now if they have it in stock with is such a great option.
