Happy Monday, friends!
How was your weekend? I cannot believe that it will be September 1st on Thursday–how did that happen already? With fall getting closer and closer, my mind has definitely been on taking advantage of some of my favorite late summer produce I can still find at our local farmer’s markets.
From using the last of the basil to make and freeze pesto, turning those gorgeous heirloom tomatoes into marinara sauce, or simply using fresh zucchini to make one last batch of zucchini noodles, you can find me savoring those summer fruits + veggies any way I can.
