I put in a big Loft order a few weeks ago in another desperate attempt to find a few pairs of shorts I liked and also threw in a few online exclusive shirts to check out to reach the free shipping threshold.
I didn’t end up keeping anything (until I went to the store to return them that is!) but thought I share what I thought since some of it is even more on sale.
Striped Sailor Riviera Shorts. These are super cute but run big. I tried them on in the store so knew to order a size down–they fit in the waist this time but the inseam was too short. The fabric was a little thick too.
Chevron Riviera Shorts (on sale!). The print on these shorts is gorgeous–they look like something from Anthropologie, but the fabric weight is like carpeting. It is so thick! They were pretty big too.
Coral Riviera Shorts. I really liked the fit of these and the inseam was shorter which I liked too. I’ve just never really been a fan of this style of shorts though and knew I wouldn’t wear them.
Off the Shoulder Top. Off the shoulder tops are everywhere so I wanted to see Loft’s take on the style. The fabric was super soft (but smelly) but just not my favorite fit.
Striped Back Pleat Mixed Media Tank. This top was gorgeous and looked like something you’d get from Stitch Fix. The neck was a little high, but if I’d gotten it on the sale it was on this weekend, I’d probably have kept it.
Once I got to the store to return those items, Loft was running another sale (40% off everything), including Lou & Grey, so I tried on this skirt and these shorts.
Striped Stroll Skirt. This skirt is really cute but did nothing for me on.
Lou & Grey Brushed Linen Shorts. I absolutely loved these shorts. They are soft and high quality and are the perfect blend of casual put-togetherness I was looking for. Definitely a keeper!
Have you found anything good at Loft lately?
