I am so excited to be collaborating with Zappos and ShopStyle Collective today to share this spring trends look! It has finally warmed up around here (70 today!) and I definitely have spring on my mind.
I spent most of yesterday cleaning my entire house and then cleaning out my closet to curate for the new season and make room for some new items.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve transitioned to doing so much of my shopping online. As much as I love the in-store experience, online shopping is just easier and more convenient, especially if you can snag free shipping and returns like at Zappos.
Zappos also has such an amazing selection of clothes, handbags, accessories, and shoes in addition to designer pieces that makes it a great one-stop shop (I linked up more of my fav pieces at the end!). They even have these awesome videos for some of their products that show the product at every angle and discuss some of its unique qualities, which I totally appreciate it.
The video was one of the deciding factors for purchasing this purse. I mean, I absolutely adore Rebecca Minkoff anyway but I was worried it would be too small with not enough interior storage to make it useful, but the video demonstration totally made it like I was in the store holding the product myself. Total game changer!
I was a little hesitant to order these gladiator sandals since its not a trend I’ve ever tried before, but I thought they’d be such a great spring transition piece before it gets too hot to wear them. The color was a little darker than I’d been considering and I was a little scared about the whole lacing up process, but knowing that I could return or exchange them for free made me more comfortable taking the risk. My father-in-law’s fiancé recently told me that she purchased a pair of shoes from Zappos that ended up being too small. She really needed to wear them the next day to a conference, so Zappos was able to send a new pair (for free!) that arrived the next day. Talk about customer service!
I was probably most excited about this Free People dress. The strong cobalt color, that embroidery, the bell sleeves…everything about it just screamed spring to me. I ordered the x-small knowing it was supposed to be pretty flowy and love the way it fits, though it is a tiny bit tight in the armpits, since I have really broad shoulders, but not enough so that I’d want to size up. I know it will get so much use this spring and into the summer!
What are you most looking forward to wearing this spring?
