Happy Monday, friends!
How was your weekend? Saturday kicked off spring break for me, so I’m in major cleaning + school work catch up mode this week and thankful to finally have some time to get a few things done.
It’s also supposed to be a glorious 70 degrees (!) the first part of this week so I’m celebrating with this ode to spring recipes round-up. I cannot wait to replace comfort food with more veggie-centric, lighter options!
