Happy New Year–welcome to 2016!
Starting on Monday, I’m super excited to begin my 2nd January Barre3 challenge! It’s such a perfect way to kick off the new year.
For the entire month, you simply commit to:
- 4 60 minute workouts
- 1 10 minute workout
- 1 Barre3 recipe

As part of this challenge, you’ll get access to the barre3 Challenge Hub where each week we’ll post targeted workouts, delicious recipes, and educational podcasts. Plus, Sadie will be joined by special guests for the two live Q+As: functional nutritionist Andrea Nakayama on January 4th and time-management coach Kelley Forseth on January 19th.
All you need is a Barre3 online membership to participate!
